Italian Hot Pressed Pizza
The new range of authentic Italian Stonebaked Classic pizza’s is now Hot Pressed and then baked through a Stonebed Oven.
The beauty of our Neapolitan-style pizzas is their simplicity. There's nothing in the dough the Italians wouldn't use themselves. It's slow fermented according to traditional methods for a deeper, more bready taste, and then baked in a scorching hot stonebed oven to get that classically crisp, puffed up rim.
Then there's the tomato sauce: gloriously sweet Italian tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil , basil, salt and tomato puree, for a rich, rounded flavour that bursts with juicy freshness.
We have also added a new Spicy Meatball flavour Pizza to the range.

Ultra Thin Stonebaked Chilli Beef & Red Onion Pizza
Packed with all the traditional ingredients of Chilli Beef, Chargrilled Red Peppers and sliced Red Onions. Our ultra thin Romana base is feather light. The dough is made from superfine ‘00’ flour to create an incredibly smooth, airy dough. The dough is then slowly fermented for a deeper flavour and then hand stretched for the most ultra thin base ever. Baked at scorching hot temperatures, through a stone baked oven, the base is then finished off with a perfectly crisp crust. Our Italian Tomato Sauce is made from carefully selected Italian tomatoes that are rich and ripe in flavour, with a hint of chilli. Nothing but simple, tasting ingredients, like virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, basil garlic and oregano is added to the sauce.

The dough has been slowly fermented using traditional methods and is made using a blend of Italian 00 and Manitoba flour.
