Apple and Apricot ShakeHERO

Peel, core and chop the eating apple and put in a smoothie maker or food processor. Chop the apricots and add to the blender with one third of the milk, the honey and cinnamon. Blend to a puree, then gradually add the rest of the milk. Serve chilled.
