Butterbean DipHERO

Whizz the butter beans, fromage frais, lemon juice, garlic, olives and parsely in a blender or food processor. Add a little water if the mixture is too dry, until you get a light, fluffy spread. Spoon the butterbean dip into a serving bowl. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the chill until required.

Eat with raw vegetable crudités, crackers, breadsticks or tortilla chips.
