Char sui pork beansprout and noodle salad hero

Cut the char sui pork pieces into thin slices and reserve a few slices to top the salad.

Combine the beansprouts, pepper, spring onion and remaining pork slices with the noodles.

Mix the dressing ingredients together and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the dressing to the salad, toss and top with the reserved slices of the pork.

  • 1 x 300g of beansprouts
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into thin strips
  • 4 spring onions, finely shredded into long strips
  • 1 x 375g pack cooked rice noodles
  • For the dressing

  • 1tsp fish sauce
  • 1tsp soy sauce
  • 3tsp rice wine vinegar
  • ½tsp sesame oil
  • sugar (to taste)
