Add extra bread crumbs on top for that extra bit of crunch.

Chop potatoes and boil for 20 minutes or until soft. Then chop the bacon and onion and fry untill cooked. Grate most of the cheese, save a bit to sprinkle on top.

Add everything together and bake for 20 minutes in pre-heat oven at 200°C.
