Thread the Goodness chicken bites onto metal skewers alternating with the cherry tomatoes, courgettes, mushrooms and peppers, spray with olive oil, season.
Preheat the grill to hot and the grill for 5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred on all sides and the vegetables are tender.
Place the Goodness pasta sauce into a small saucepan with the crème fraiche and warm through over a medium heat. Add a splash of water to loosen the sauce if necessary. Stir in the basil leaves and tip into a small serving bowl.
Serve the hot kebabs with the tomato sauce to dip into.
This recipe could easily be scaled up to make 8 skewers and this will save using very small quantities of each ingredient.
