To make the custard beat together the egg yolks, cornflour and honey in a small bowl until smooth. Pour the chocolate coconut milk and vanilla extract into a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and pour over the egg mixture, whisking simultaneously. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over a low heat for 3-4 minutes until thickened, stirring all the time to make sure it doesn't catch on the bottom of the saucepan.
Place the chocolate cake bars on plates and spoon over a little custard to serve.
