Give your barbecued corn a sweet twist with a maple and cayenne syrup.
Boil the corn in a large pan of water for 5-8 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, put the syrup, cayenne pepper and vinegar together in a small pan and gently warm.
Drizzle most of the syrup over the corn and wrap in foil, then place over a medium-hot barbecue for 5 minutes until nicely coloured. Drizzle again with syrup and serve.
