Heat the oil in a frying pan and gently soften the onion and garlic.
Add the chicken pieces to the pan and lightly brown.
Add the red pepper and chilli.
When the chicken is lightly cooked, add the sweet chilli sauce.
After a couple of minutes add the creme fraiche and reduce the heat. Simmer, stirring regularly.
When the chicken almost cooked through, cook tagliatelle in boiling water until al dente.
Drain the tagliatelle, add to the frying pan and mix well.
This is the healthy version. If you are not on a health kick use double cream instead of creme fraiche. If you do not like food too spicy, remove the chilli.
This can also be changed to honey chilli chicken by removing the creme fraiche and adding honey.
