Place the carrots, celery and half of the orange juice in a juicer or food processor until smooth. Check the consistency, then add the remaining orange juice, blending again until smooth. Chill until needed.

When ready to serve, divide evenly between 4 glasses and garnish each with half a stick of celery and a few celery leaves.
