Pre-heat the grill to hot.
Arrange the rounds of goat's cheese on top of the slices of bread. Grill for 3 minutes until the cheese starts to turn a golden colour at the edges. Remove from the grill and top with the fig slices.
Season the figs and return to the grill for a further 1-2 minutes until the figs start to soften and warm through. Serve immediately.
