Cook the pasta bows in a large pan of boiling salted water according to the packet instructions. 4 minutes before the pasta is cooked, add the broccoli florets. 2 minutes before the pasta is cooked add the peas. Drain and refresh in cold running water.
Tip the cooked pasta, broccoli and peas into a large bowl, add the sweetcorn, cheese and ham or chicken.
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, grainy mustard and runny honey in a small bowl and season.
Pour over the pasta salad and stir well to combine. Pack into two small Tupperware boxes and chill until needed.
