Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Roll over the bread with a rolling pin to flatten it slightly and then cut out different shapes using approx. 6-7cm cutters in the shape of hearts, stars or whatever you have to hand. Place on a baking sheet, spray with al little spray oil and bake for 5 minutes or until just turning golden.
Turn over and then spread with a little Goodness tomato sauce, top with the Goodness pizza flavoured cheese slices or grated cheese and scatter with Goodness pineapple pieces if using and bake for another 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted and then serve hot.
