Heat the oven to 180C (160C) gas mark 4. Unroll the puff pastry and cut into squares. Grease a 6 hole muffin tin. Ease each pastry square into the muffin tin. Mix together the cream cheese and spinach and season with salt and ground black pepper. Spoon the filling into the pastry cases and bake for 20 minutes or until pastry turns golden. Serve topped with a dollop of red onion chutney.
