Dauphinoise HERO

Simply pour on a small pot of Tesco double cream, sprinkle with a handful of grated cheese and bake at 200C for 40-45mins until golden brown for a rich and luxurious evening treat.

Top tip: Heat the cream with a clove of garlic, and cracked black pepper to enhance the flavour and give an authentic feel!
