  • 6tbsp Everyday Value porridge oats
  • 2tbsp sugar
  • 2 Everday Value bananas
  • 400ml (14fl oz) Everyday Value natural low fat yogurt

Each serving contains 217 calories, 25g sugar, 3g fat, 1.1g saturates and 0.2g salt.


Sprinkle 6tbsp Everyday Value oats on a baking tray with 2tbsp sugar. Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp. Mash 2 Everyday Value bananas and mix with natural Everyday Vale yogurt. Layer into 4 tumblers with the toasted oats.
