- 6tbsp Everyday Value porridge oats
- 2tbsp sugar
- 2 Everday Value bananas
- 400ml (14fl oz) Everyday Value natural low fat yogurt
Each serving contains 250 calories, 27g sugar, 3.5g fat, 0.7g saturates and 0.2g salt.
Sprinkle 6tbsp Everyday Value oats on a baking tray with 2tbsp sugar. Grill gently for 3-4 minutes, turning every minute until golden and crisp. Mash 2 Everyday Value bananas and mix with natural Everyday Vale yogurt. Layer into 4 tumblers with the toasted oats.
