Berry burst
Ingredients
- 100g (3½oz) frozen summer berries
- 1 medium ripe banana, peeled
- 125g (4oz) pot strawberry bio yogurt
- 150ml (5fl oz) cranberry juice
Each serving contains 325 calories, 60.9g sugar, 4.5g fat, 2.6g saturates and 0.5g salt.
Method
Place all the ingredients together in a a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve with a straw.
