Black forest fizz
Ingredients
- 500ml (17fl oz) chilled carbonated water
- 1 handful of ice cubes
- 2 generous large spoonfuls of frozen Black Forrest Fruits
Each serving contains 10 calories, 1.5g sugar, 0g fat, 0g saturates and 0g salt.
Method
Place the fruit and ice in a smoothie maker or food processor and whizz until you have a slush.
Add the carbonated water to the slush and stir until you have the consistency you prefer. To make it more runny add more water or reduce the ice.
