Breakfast daiquiri smoothie

- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 4tbsp low-fat natural yogurt
- 125ml (4fl oz) coconut milk
- juice of 1 lime
Each serving contains 85 calories, 17g sugar, 0.4g fat, 0.2g saturates and 0.2g salt.
Break the frozen banana into four and put into a blender. Add the yogurt, coconut milk and a little lime juice to the blender.
Mix until consistency is smooth. Add more lime juice to taste if necessary. Enjoy!
