Apple, lemon and honey muesli

  • 225g porridge oats
  • 100ml apple juice
  • 225ml natural yogurt
  • 3tbsp clear honey
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 dessert apples, peeled and grated
  • generous handful of frozen raspberries - defrosted overnight
  • handful of toasted almonds

Each serving contains 370 calories, 28g sugar, 8.4g fat, 2.1g saturates and 0.1g salt.


Mix the oats, 300ml water and fruit juice together in a bowl. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, stir in the yogurt, honey, lemon zest and grated apples - top with the raspberries and almonds or your favourite fruit.
