- 200g (7oz) raspberries
- 1 paw paw, chopped
- 1 banana, chopped
- 200ml (7floz) apple juice
Each serving contains 65 calories, 12g sugar, 0.1g fat, 0.1g saturates and 0.1g salt.
In a blender place the raspberries, chopped paw paw, banana and the apple juice, whizz and blend until smooth then serve.
Other seasonal soft fruits can be used, such as strawberries, mango, kiwi, blackcurrants and blackberries to name a few.
