Fruit tartlets

Ingredients

  • 150ml (¼pint) natural Greek yogurt
  • 3tbsp lemon curd
  • 1 box of 8 sweet puff pastry shells
  • 1 plum, thinly sliced
  • 50g (2oz) blueberries
  • 100g (3½oz) raspberries or blackberries
  • 50g (2oz) redcurrants

Each serving contains 165 calories, 9g sugar, 8.5g fat, 4.5g saturates and 0.2g salt.

Method

Mix the yogurt and lemon curd together and spoon into the pastry cases. Don't over fill them or the mixture will overflow when fruit is added.

Arrange the plum slices on top of each tartlet with a selection of the berries. Serve straight away.
