Mexican jalapeño and lime burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 500g of beef mince
  • 1tbsp of Finest Mexican style rub with Jalapeno & Lime
  • 100g cheese, grated
  • 1tbsp fresh thyme leaves

Each serving contains 345 calories, 3.5g sugar, 21g fat, 10g saturates and 0.7g salt.

Method

Mix the mince, onion, pepper, garlic, rub, cheese and thyme in a bowl. Mould into patties, and then fry, grill oven bake or barbecue.

Serve in rolls with salad, sour cream and guacamole.
