Naan-bread pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 plain naan breads
  • 2tbsp tomato passata
  • 2 tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 10 basil leaves, torn
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 125g pack reduced-fat mozzarella, sliced

Each serving contains 640 calories, 8.6g sugar, 18g fat, 5.4g saturates and 3g salt.

Method

Heat the oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C. Place the naan bread on a baking tray and spread with the passata.

Mix together the tomatoes, garlic and basil with plenty pepper and spread on the breads. Arrange the cheese on top of the pizzas and bake for 10 minutes until the base is crisp and the cheese melted.

Alternative toppings

Why not add sliced button mushrooms, chorizo and smoked cheese? Try using canned tuna flakes, red onion and Feta cheese.
