Orange and pineapple crush
Ingredients
- 2 rings of fresh pineapple or two handfuls of frozen pineapple
- 100ml orange juice
- 200ml diet lemonade
Each serving contains 100 calories, 23g sugar, 0g fat, 0g saturates and 0g salt.
Method
If using fresh pineapple, chop and process the pineapple in a smoothie maker or food processor for a few seconds till crushed. If using frozen pineapple, crush it but you may need to add a little liquid to help it.
Mix together the orange juice and lemonade. Divide the crushed pineapple between 2 glasses and top with the lemonade mixture. Serve chilled.
