Passionfruit and tangerine shake
Ingredients
- 3 passion fruits
- 2 tangerines
- 1tsp of sugar substitute
- 200ml milk
- 4 ice cubes
Each serving contains 183 calories, 19g sugar, 8g fat, 4.8g saturates and 0.3g salt.
Method
Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and the seeds. Cut the tangerines into sections and place these in a blender along with the passion fruit and sugar substitute in a blender. Add the milk and pulse until smooth.
Pour over crushed ice in a tall glass.
