Petit pois with spinach and shallots

- 1tbsp olive oil
- 4 shallots, peeled and finely diced
- 500g (1lb) frozen petit pois
- 100g (3½oz) young leaf spinach
Each serving contains 100 calories, 3g sugar, 3g fat, 1g saturates and 0.1g salt.
Heat the oil in shallow pan and fry the shallots gently for 5 minutes until tender.
Boil the petit pois for 2 minutes in boiling water, then drain and place in the pan with the shallots.
Add the spinach and toss together until the leaves have just wilted.
