Toasted smoked salmon bagels

- 1 bagel
- 2½tsp Tesco low fat crème fraiche
- 1tsp fresh lemon juice
- pinch of fresh dill or dried
- 6 cucumber slithers
- 60g Smoked salmon
Each serving contains 346 calories, 4g sugar, 10.4g fat, 5g saturates and 3g salt.
Cut the bagel in half and lightly toast it on the bready side.
Mix together the crème fraiche, lemon juice, dill and season. Lightly spread over the toasted bagel.
Using a vegetable peeler make slithers of cucumber, layer over the crème fraiche and top with smoked salmon and season with black pepper.
