Children love being creative and what better way to get them having fun and creating their own dessert (and letting them indulge a little too) with the obvious goodness of the fruit and a just chocolate button or two!

To assemble the banana split faces, arrange 3 of the quarters of banana at the top of each plate to create the hair. Place two scoops of ice cream under the hair for the eyes, adding a chocolate button on top of each ice cream scoop for the pupils.

Pile the strawberries in the middle of the plate to make a nose and use the remaining banana quarter for the mouth, adding some squirty cream along the length of the banana and then decorating with more chocolate buttons, for teeth.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
