Preheat the oven to Gas 5, 190°C, fan170°C. Beat the eggs and season well. Stir in the chopped dill. Pour into 20cm (8in) square shallow baking tin.
Take each piece of smoked salmon and arrange over the egg. Do the same with the artichokes and tomatoes.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden and the egg has set. Cut into triangles and serve.
