Start chopping all of the onions and mix them in a bowl with a tablespoon of oil and half of the Spanish pepper. Mix all ingredients firmly.
Take the mince and place in a big mixing bowl with salt and pepper plus the paprika powder, half of the garlic and all mushrooms.
Take a wok, and heat up with a little oil, then fry the onion mix until they are glazed. Put the courgette and peppers together and leave to fry for a short while.
In the mean time, fry the minced beef in a pan until its starts to go a light brown colour. Then mix the minced beef together with the onion mix and leave to simmer, adding the pasta sauce.
Cook the spaghetti. Serve.
