Spinach mango and strawberry salad HERO

Combine the spinach, mango, strawberries and shallot in a large bowl.

Put all the dressing ingredients in a jar with a fitted lid. Season well, then shake until mixed.

To serve, pour the dressing over the salad, toss well and top with the toasted almonds.

  • 1 tbsp honey
