Season a medium Rump Steak, and fry in a hot griddle pan for 3-4 minutes on each side. Leave to rest for 5 minutes on a plate while you fry a sliced onion in the pan until browned.
Toast 4 thick slices of Organic Stonebake White Loaf, spread each with a little Mustard Mayonnaise, top 2 slices of toast with a couple of little gem lettuce leaves and drizzle with Tesco Tomato Chutney.
Cut the steak into strips, lay over the chutney and lettuce and sprinkle with the fried onions. Top with a couple of slices of tomatoes, too, if liked, and place the other pieces of toast on top.
Secure with cocktail sticks.
