Preheat the oven to 170C, fan 150C, Gas Mark 3.
In a bowl, mix the oats, nuts, seeds, and berries. Heat the sugar, cinnamon, Fairtrade honey and oil together in a small pan, stirring until smooth, then pour onto the oat mixture. Mix well.
Tip the mixture into a large roasting tin. Bake for 10 minutes, stir well then bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden, crisp and forming lumps.
Leave to cool. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
