Mix all ingredients together with a whisk and place in the fridge

Cook a roast beef joint. When you remove it from the oven to rest, turn the oven to 200 degrees Celsius/400 F/Gas Mark 6 and using the roasting tray drop tablespoons of mixture into the tray.

Cook in the oven fro 10-15 minutes, or until the puddings have risen and brown before serving.
