Last week was the BBC Good Food Show at London’s Olympia, and sitting at its very heart was the Tesco Real Food stand.
And oh, what fun we had! Three days dedicated to all things foodie – and on the Tesco Real Food stand, a regular supply of delicious (and, though we say it ourselves, very popular) home-made classic British fudge.
There were cooking demonstrations from familiar faces including Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood, as well as interviews and book signings from the likes of Michel Roux Jr, Bill Granger and James Martin (and our lucky Tesco Real Food winner Valerie Tam, pictured below, got to go up on stage and ask James a question).
There were also regular demonstrations from our very own Lisa (pictured with assistant Mark, below), who cooked up a variety of fantastic Real Food treats from pear and chocolate cake pots to prawn and chicken pad thai.
For those of you who weren’t able to join us last week, don’t miss the Birmingham BBC Good Food Show at the Birmingham NEC from 28th November to 2nd December. There will be fudge…
