With a four day weekend to look forward to Easter is the perfect time to get together with family and friends over some fantastic food. Whether you're catering for the whole family or planning a more low key event, we've got everything you need for the ideal Easter Sunday.
Start off with Steamed Asparagus with Crème Fraiche, Parsley and Tarragon for a first course that is full of fresh spring flavours. It's simple and quick to make so you can enjoy more time with your guests.
No Easter feast would be complete without roast lamb. Try our delicious Roast Lamb with Rosemary, Mint and Ginger Glaze for the perfect Easter centerpiece. Serve it with White Bean Gratin and Crushed New Potatoes for a lighter alternative to roasties.
Finish off with a stunning Vanilla Cheesecake with Rhubarb that will wow your guests. If you've got children coming round for lunch too, whip up some Easter Biscuits for them to have instead. They'll love the egg shape and icing decorations.
Don't forget to make a batch of Hot Cross Buns to bring out at teatime; they're perfect with a pot of tea and the newspaper.
