Spiced apple and ginger ale
Toast your campside meals with this delicious spiced apple and ginger ale which makes for a zesty, warming drink that’s sure to spice up those summer nights.
- Pour the apple juice into a large saucepan and add the cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Heat to just under a simmer, then keep it there for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the juice to infuse for 5 more minutes, then remove the spices and add in the ginger ale.
- Ladle into cups to serve.
