Boil the water for the pasta in a big boiling pan. Add sea salt when its boiled, mix and after a minute add the pasta. Let it cook for 2 and half minute less of what the instruction on the pack say, drain the water and place in a large bowl.

Add the tuna, fresh grounded pepper, lemon juice, curry powder, olive oil and the parmesan. Mix well and finally add the rocket.

Place in the fridge for half an hour then serve.


More water you will use for boil the pasta, better it will taste.
