Boil and mash potatoes and add a finely chopped onion. Mix in mashed corned beef.
Roll out pastry and cut into four squares, add filling and brush a little milk around the edges. Fold each square over and seal edges with thumb. Trim to make semi circles.
Bake at 200°c for 30 mins and serve when ready.
Don't over fill pasties. If there is filling left over, you can cover it with cheese and bake in the oven to make corned beef hash, which is another delicious comfort food.
