Autumn crumble recipe

Combine chopped apple witn the blackberries, add caster sugar cornflour, lemon juice and few drops of vanilla extract. Place mixture in overnproof dish.

Put flour and butter in a food mixer and process to breadcrumb stage or rub in. Stir in granulated sugar. Place on top of the fruit mixture and swirl with a fork.

Cook at gas mark 6 for about 40 mins until browned and bubbling. Serve with lots of custard.
