Add ingredients 1-7 to large bowl and mix until smooth.
Divide evenly between 2 lined and greased 8in sandwich tins.
Bake for 25mins at gas no.4/fan 160.
Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Add ingredients 8-12 to a bowl a mix until smooth.
Spread buttercream mix on one cake and top with the other cake.
Spread melted chocolate on top and sprinkle dessicated coconut on top.
