i have lost over 5stones using weight watchers recipes

put the carrots in a medium saucepan and pour over just enough boiling water to cover. add the stock cube and return to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer gently uncovered, until the carrots are very soft and tender.

drain the carrots

meanwhile, heat a small frying pan and dry fry the cumin seeds for 10 - 20 seconds until lightly toasted. tip the seeds on to a wooden board and lightly crush

mash the carrots with the crushed cumin seeds, orange juice the coriander or parsley and season

keep the drained water for stocks and soups, it will freeze for a creamier mash beat fatfree greek yoghurt into the carrots ( 1 1/2 ozs. )

  • 1 Vegetable stock cubes
  • 1/4teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 juice of an orange
  • sm. handful of coriander or parsley finely chopped
  • 1 kettle of boiling water
