Chop up spring onions,garlic,chilli,coriander
Heat olive oil in a wok
when oil is hot add in all chopped ingredients ginger powder and king prawns
frying them off for about 5 mins on high heat
Add the sweet chilli sauce and noodles and really try to mix all the flavour through the noodles.(you may need to add a little more oil or water its your choice)
while this is still cooking scramble the eggs and fry in small pan. when cooked add into the noodles and work the egg through.
when you're happy its piping hot add the curry powder and again really mix it through
right you must be ready to serve. when plated up you could sprinkle a little more fresh corriander over the top.
open a bottle of wine and serve to your loved one.
once you made this dish once play around with it put some extra chili in or add other bits you may like.
