Heat the oven to Gas 5, 190°C, 375°F.

Trim the ends off the purple sprouting broccoli.

Place the tomatoes on a nonstick baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, shake and place in the oven to roast for 10 minutes.

Heat a pan of water and when boiling add the broccoli, cook for 3 minutes with a lid on, drain and serve with the tomatoes, lightly season and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
