5/2 Portabella Mushroom Pizza recipe

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Wash mushroom caps and let dry.

Spray mushroom caps and baking tray with cooking spray. Place the caps on the baking tray, open ends up. Cook at 350 F with no toppings for 5-10 minutes.

Dice tomatoes and peppers. Grate cheese.

Remove mushrooms from oven and layer with tomato, peppers and cheese. Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool before eating.
