Take your coffee to another level with this Italian coffee-based dessert. Top your espresso with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream for an afternoon treat.

  1. Make a pot of espresso coffee. Place a scoop of ice cream (or you could use the mascarpone ice cream) into tall glasses or cappuccino cups and pour over one half-filled espresso cup.
  2. Serve with hard Amaretti biscuits for dipping.
