Defrost your frozen king prawns in cold tap water

Cook the dried pasta according to package instruction Meanwhile, separate the broccoli into florist and add to the pasta pan 1 minute before pasta full cooking time

Now the king prawns should be all defrosted, remove all shells if preferred and drain in a colander

Drain the pasta & brocolli but keep the water to par boil the king prawns, take the prawns out as soon as the pasta water reboils again

Gently heat olive oil with the garlic & red chilli and add the drained king prawns to cook for 1 to 2 minutes, then stir in the drained pasta & broccoli and serve immediately with a good glass of crispy white wine

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 or 2 red chille, fresh or dried, finely chopped
  • small head Broccoli, florest
  • 3 TBS Extra-virgin olive oil
