Heat the oil in a pan. Then add cumin and mustard seeds and cook for 1 minute.
Add the onion and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add the cauliflower, spices, tomatoes and seasoning and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook over a gentle heat for 25 minutes, until the potato and cauliflower are cooked stirring occasionally to prevent the potatoes from sticking.
