I always wondered what to do with that bottle of amaretto in the back of the cupboard.
Make zig zags drizzles of chocolate sauce in the dishes. This is especially pretty if glass dishes are used.
Place a small scoop of vanilla or chocolate or coffee icecream.
Cover with a layer of crushed Amaretti biscuits and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Add another layer of ice cream.
Add another layer of Amaretti biscuits but this time drizzle with Amaretto liqueur. Add another layer of ice cream.
Another layer of crushed biscuits, ice cream or whipped cream. Decorate with grated chocolate and a whole biscuit.
Warm choc sauce in microwave for 5 secs if not runny enough. Can add chopped hazelnuts.
